We accept returns within 15 days after receiving your original order. Any returns made after 15 days will not be accepted and will be returned back to the Sender of the package. All merchandise must be un-used, un-worn and in its original packaging, upon arrival, it will be inspected to meet such criteria.
Please send us the merchandise with Order number written clearly on the package and a note inside the package with the Order number and the reason for return, so we may know your information.
Upon inspection, you will be refunded the cost of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs and a 20% Restocking fee. As store credit or you may exchange for any other DOT product or equal value.
Once the return has been sent, kindly send us the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return shipping must be purchased by the client and will not be refunded or credited in any way.
Please contact us at email@example.com for the return authorization and the return address before shipping any returns as the Return address has changed. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A refund will only be given if all merchandise has been returned un-used, un-worn and in its original packaging, upon arrival, it will be inspected to meet such criteria. If such is not met, an extra 25% fee may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If customer wishes to cancel order before it ships out, request must be made before order is processed for shipping, if such is not meet a 20% restocking fee may apply.
We are not able to process exchanges.
Please return any un-wanted items following the steps and terms of return items above.
A refund will be given and you may place a new order.
International packages discarded or trashed by courier due to client error will not be refunded.
Failure to comply with destination countries' Tax & Duties Laws, will result in discarded or trashed package and DOT will not be held liable for such event, nor does DOT reserve the right to re-ship the undeliverable package.
Shipping fees, duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
